Home Buyer Tax Credit Expiring Soon!

A first-time home buyer tax credit up to $8,000 that has been in effect will be expiring on April 30th, 2010. This credit, which was part of a plan to stimulate the U.S. housing market was originally set to expire last year, but was extended by the U.S. Congress because of the continued economic challenges that our country has been facing.
